2025 Target Points

PAWI Barbados District emerge out of its denominational cocoon and become a part of much needed strong national church which will entail more visibility, intentionality and involvement at a national level.

To see each assembly commit intentionally to see at least 5% growth spiritually, numercially and socially.

Each Credential worker commit to some form of training to stay on the cutting edge of ministry better equipping them forfunction in their sphere of influence. This can no longer be seen as optional but mandatory.

To see each assembly commit intentionally to see at least 5% growth spiritually, numercially and socially.

To deliberately utilize the place of worship or the property to facilitate some program or project that will cause it to engage the culture.

Each assemby will embark on a program with the intention of not just attracting members but making disciples and to see this as the reason for the existence of our business on this planet. 

Each assembly will prayerfully give attention to the resumption, reinforcement of youth development.
